• Return requests must be made within 3 working days of receiving the product.
• The product must be returned in the same original condition as received.
• Used, damaged, altered, or physically damaged products will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
• Refund or exchange will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Products without original packaging may not be accepted for return or exchange.
